Artis Bio

Bitten by the clay bug some years ago, Michelle Connolly developed her skills with experimentation and the guidance of other clay devotees. She now works from her home in the hills of the Kapiti Coast. A love of nature is reflected in her signature hand built organic forms. Using texture and a vibrant natural palette, she crafts with care a diverse range of functional and sculptural modern classics. Her hand built clay works are imperfectly perfect original ceramics to enjoy indoors and outside.
