'Location of the creation of this image was a pond in the Bay Of Plenty, NZ. The ropes reminded me of swim lanes although the pond in which I looked was certainly not one for swimming in. As with a lot of my images I approached it with a painterly aesthetic, aiming for a simple, abstract output'.
